Order Processing and Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional processing time for custom or personalized orders.   
  • Shipping Methods: Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to US and CA. Please note that shipping restrictions may apply to certain locations.

Shipping Costs and Tracking

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs may vary based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Shipping Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.   

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.  
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact us within 30 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter and reship your order at our expense.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 business days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will either replace or refund the item.

International Shipping

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be included in the shipping cost.
  • International Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain items may be restricted for export to certain countries. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates export laws or regulations.
